Party Policies

Booking & Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party date. This deposit will be applied toward your total balance.

Final Payment

The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the event date. Parties cannot begin until full payment has been received.

Guest Count

A minimum of 10 children is required for all parties. Final guest count must be confirmed prior to the event. Additional children may be added based on package pricing.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate based on availability.

Booking Details

Setup Requirements

The host is responsible for providing one table and adequate space for the activity setup. Please ensure there is enough room for children to participate comfortably.

Timing & Arrival

We will arrive approximately 15–20 minutes prior to the party start time to set up. Please ensure the space is ready upon arrival.

Safety & Supervision

An adult must be present at all times during the party. The Cuddle Lab is not responsible for supervising children outside of the activity.

Travel

Travel is included within a certain service area. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside of this area.
